降血糖
一、黄豆二斤
二、鲜姜一斤切成片
三、香醋四斤
将黄豆洗干净放入大口瓶子里,一层黄豆一层鲜姜片,放好后倒入香醋,密封好泡四个月后,
每日晚饭后吃十到二十粒黄豆,俩到三片鲜姜,食用一周后你在去查血糖,你就会发现有变化了,食用三月后血糖就将恢服到正常值了.
